Nextset prescribes the load for your next set from the RPE you report on the one you just finished.

Where does the weight come from? From reps in reserve. You report how hard a set felt on the RPE scale, and the app converts that into an estimated one-rep max, then back down to the load for your target reps and RPE. The card shows the reasoning under the number.
Why does a set sometimes give no estimate? Sets far from failure are not reliable enough to estimate from. The app returns nothing rather than a plausible wrong number.
Can I use pounds? Yes. Settings → Units. Weights are always stored in kilograms internally; switching units only changes what you see.
The plates don’t match my gym. Settings → Barbell. Set your bar weight and your smallest plate, and every prescribed load will round to something you can actually build.
Do warm-ups count? They are saved to your log, but never feed the estimate.
I paid and the app is locked. Open the purchase screen and tap Restore purchase. If it stays locked, email the address above.
